The UJK Edge Breaking Router Cutter, the ultimate tool for achieving a flawless finish on your woodworking projects, this cutter is designed to deliver precision and reliability every time.

Don’t leave a sharp edge of wood unfinished! A sharp edge or corner can be uncomfortable to handle, may splinter, and will not take a finish well. Rounding over sharp edges or creating a slight chamfer on an edge, known as "removing the arris” will solve these problems.

The British made, UJK Edge Breaking Router Cutter, allows you to can achieve exact and controlled rounding. Unlike standard rounding over cutters, the UJK Edge Breaking cutter has cutting edges that gradually recede from the radius at the top and near the bearing to ensure no corner lines remain. Available in 1/4" shank and in multiple radii from 1mm, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8mm, this cutter ensures perfect arris removal, giving your work a clean and professional look.
