UJK Pocket Hole Jig Complete Kit MKII

This MKII Complete Kit provides a fully integrated pocket hole joinery solution, supplying everything required to produce strong, hidden joints straight out of the box.

Pocket hole joinery allows fast and accurate frame and carcass construction by drilling an angled hole into one workpiece and fixing it to another using a self-tapping screw. The screw pulls the joint tight, acting as an internal clamp and removing the need for traditional clamping during glue-up. This saves time, avoids assemblies being pulled out of square, and simplifies alignment compared to dowel, biscuit, or mortice and tenon joints.

The UJK Pocket Hole Jig MKII can be used bench mounted or as a portable jig, making it equally suited to workshop production or site-based fitting. The redesigned MKII drill bushes improve accuracy and durability, while compatibility with the UJK Pocket Hole Drill system ensures clean, consistent pocket holes.

The supplied drill features a special European spiral design with interchangeable pilot tips, allowing worn or broken tips to be replaced without changing the entire drill. This reduces downtime and ongoing consumable costs.

The kit also includes a portable plate and locking clamp to secure the jig directly to the workpiece, a dust extraction nozzle for improved visibility and cleaner working, and a comprehensive screw selection to suit a wide range of material thicknesses. Everything is supplied in a durable fabric storage case for protection and easy transport.
