Its square-ended blade makes it easy to distinguish from the rip-cut version, while the solid brass back and SK85 Japanese tool steel blade ensure strength and long-lasting performance. With a walnut-family Wingnut handle wrapped in rattan, it offers comfort, control, and timeless style.

Perfect for: tenon and dovetail shoulders, Kumiko work, and intricate joinery in both soft and hardwoods.

Fine Rip-Cut Dozuki (240mm)

Purpose-built for dovetails and fine rip work, this saw is filed at 18 TPI for smooth, precise cuts along the grain. The 240mm SK85 blade delivers exceptional sharpness and durability, supported by a solid brass back for stability. A rounded blade end distinguishes it from the crosscut version, and the same Wingnut hardwood handle with rattan wrap provides balance and grip for detailed work.
