Use the spiral flush trim router bit with carbide inserts to finish your edge milling, duplicate, pattern, or template work. The spiral cutter head design makes milling smoother, and the stable knife body makes high-quality edge trimming. The powerful router bit with spiral groove design featured excellent chip evacuation that can mostly improve trimming productivity and efficiency.

  • Industrial grade, made of premium tungsten carbide.
  • Smooth milling thanks to the 12 carbide inserts.
  • With black oxide coating, anti-rust and corrosion-resistant.
  • Upgraded, half-groove design results in better chip evacuation.
  • The 12 replaceable tungsten carbide inserts make this router bit more cost-effective.
  • Suitable for cutting various types of wood, such as softwood, hardwood, plywood, etc.
  • Carbide insert specification: 12x12x2.2mm-4R-0.5
  • The recommended torque spec for the insert knife is 3Nm.
  • Maximum speed:16000rpm.
  • The cutting type: Upcut.

Note:

  1. For safety, please decrease the cutting output and feed slowly when cutting harder or denser wood.
  2. We suggest using the bit on a router table or CNC machine.
  3. Due to the power of the router bit, the cutting height of the workpiece must be under the cutting height of the router bit, or it may cause wobble and kickback.
  4. When cutting plywood, please clean the blade after working to prolong the carbide insert service life.
  5. Always wear proper protective gear when working.
