150mm/6" - Mirlon Total Abrasive Discs

One of Mirka's unquestionably all-purpose products is Mirlon Total. Similar to the fibre-based Mirlon abrasive, Mirlon Total cuts even better and produces a dense scratch pattern and a flawlessly even, high-quality surface that is ready for painting quickly.

Because Mirlon Total is flexible and easy to use, it is ideal for achieving a smooth matt finish and for properly feathering out.

Mirlon Total is also powerful and long-lasting because both sides of the abrasive can be used for sanding. When Mirlon Total discs and the Net Interface are used, the grip is enhanced and dust extraction is made possible. It makes using Mirlon Total for sanding dust-free.

Mirlon Total is a non-woven abrasive with resin bonding and aluminium oxide grain on the VF360 Red version and Silicon carbide grain on XF 800 Black.

Mirlon Total is suitable for many materials including Steel, Mild steel, carbon steel, copper alloys, brass, bronze, plastics, primer, non-ferrous metal, paint sanding, synthetic materials, lacquers and stainless steel.

It is recommended that an interface pad is used for efficient dust extraction.
